Former top ranking star Manisha Koirala was seen after ages at a musical function in the city. She was almost unrecognisable as she had a de-glamorised lok, no make-up and stuff. She was once very much in demand due to her petite looks and beautiful looks. She was also a highly rated actress. Besides getting a few hits under her belt she lost the plot with a very unstable love life and lack of control over her drinking. This invariably affected her career as shhe started losing out to plum projects. Shealso did a few embarresing movies taht pushed her career into a one way street to doom.

One you recollect she was a picture of prettiness in her maiden movie Saudagar. She became the fantasies on many school and college boys and adorned their hostel room walls. I should know as I had a poster of hers in a flaming red skirt and her full bloded lips. yes, onceupon a time Manisha Koirala was a sexy woman. Then came the flab. A little was ok. But when she put on a bunch of fat tires she definitely dropped from teh charts of the male fantasy queens.

She was last seen in Anwar, which didn't do too well. She has a small clutch of films that have hit the bull eys at the Box office like Bombay, Agnisakshi and Gupt. She will be seen soon in Mehbooba.
